"Mak was admitted to IJN last week for angiogram. The day before discharged, she was given the surgical referral on 8th November 2009. I was a bit upset since they didnt tell me, what was the angiogram findings, what are the blocked vessels, whether it's necessary to undergo bypass, can it be controlled with medication alone, and if it is a must to go for op, why do they want to wait until November? I'm still waiting for Dr R-z-li to call me."- Anonymous Said.


10th Oct 2004, I was admitted to Seremban Hospital , on 14th Oct.2004 I was referred to IJN by DR VIJAYA MALA , Dept. of Medicine, Hospital Seremban.

Thank you for kind referal. Eh Hasnan coronary risk factors are hypertension, ex smoker and dyslipidaemia. He sustained anterior MI and received thrombolytic therapy. He was discharged well from your centre.

Clinical assessment was unremarkable with BP 130/70 HR 80 BPM.His resting ECG showed establish anterior MI. We performed coronary angiogram transradial approach on Oct 25th 2004.

FINDINGS
LMS not diseased
LAD proximal stenosis 90%
LCX tight stenosis mid segment
RCA mild ostial and midsegment disease
tightdistal segment stenosis

In summary, En Hasnan has 3 vessel disease and we proceed to coronary angioplasty.

Sekiranya anda mengalami masaalah yang sama dengan rakan kita di atas, apa perlu anda lakukan? sebenarnya selepas Angiogram,Doctor di makmal pasti ada memberitahu kepada pesakit keputusan angiogram dan boleh terus membuat angioplasty.atau by pass pada lain waktu. Malangnya rakan kita masih belum mendapat keputusan Angiogram.

Kalau nak report penyakit boleh di beli di pejabat rekod di IJN
